"Dear Sisters and Brothers,
Over the years, when praying the Divine Office (Prayer of the Church/Breviary) I would write down a particular prayer that struck me that day from the prayers in the Office, and revisit that prayer at later stages - “to draw fruit”, as St Ignatius would say. I thought I might share that with you; it might be helpful for your own prayerfulness.
My recommendation is that you haul off, read it over a couple of times, and mull on it for 30 seconds or so, addressing it as a prayer to the Lord."
