Celebration Date: Sunday, February 22, 2026 Check-in: 1:30pm – 1:50pm St Francis Xavier Cathedral Liturgy: 2pm at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral followed by refreshments in the Cathedral Hall Note: This liturgy does not include the celebration of the Eucharist. |

Information for Coordinators
ARRIVAL: Please arrive between 1:30 - 1:50 pm to find your Parish assigned pew/s.
Bring with you:
The liturgy will begin at 2pm and last approximately an hour.
People will be seated based on whether they are PARTICIPANTS or GUESTS.
SEATING
Seat the catechumens in the order in which they will sign the Book of the Elect
Seat sponsors next to their catechumen
Be sure that all PARTICIPANTS have a worship aid so that they can easily respond

Bring with you:
- the UNSIGNED Book of the Elect from your parish
- a list of catechumens’ names

- PARTICIPANTS: Will have assigned seating
- coordinator
- person with the Book of the Elect, if separate from the coordinator
- catechumens
- sponsors
- GUESTS:
- other team members
- clergy
- friends
- family
- previously baptized candidates for initiation
