Information for Coordinators
ARRIVAL
Bring with you:
Please arrive at 2pm. Following afternoon tea, the catechumens will meet with the Archbishop and everyone else, especially sponsors and parish representatives, will meet with the Community Life and Worship team.
The liturgy will begin at 4pm and last approximately an hour.
People will be seated based on whether they are PARTICIPANTS or GUESTS.
SEATING
Seat the catechumens in the order in which they will sign the Book of the Elect
Seat godparents next to their catechumen
Be sure that all PARTICIPANTS have a worship aid so that they can easily respond
ARRIVAL

- the UNSIGNED Book of the Elect from your parish
- a list of catechumens’ names

- person with the Book of the Elect, if separate from the coordinator
- catechumens
- godparents
- GUESTS:
- other team members
- clergy
- friends
- family
- previously baptized candidates for initiation
